Update - bugfixes and minor additions

Hi everyone, got another update for you. Mostly bugfixes but also some minor additions.

• Fixed issue with expiration dates of promises

• Fixed issue with monthly payment amount for large loans

• Fixed missing data issue that could prevent saving the game

• Fixed missing text when being offered an investment

• Fixed award campaign expenditure not resetting

• Fixed description text on some promises

• Fixed award text not displaying in Completed view

• Fixed typos

• Adjusted writer salaries

• Adjusted director performances

• Randomized starting scripts

• Added a few new genres

• Added some new names for characters
