Tide of Lone Stars will open a Playtest version (Simplified Chinese Only) on Steam in August, 2026.

Details of this test are as follows:

  1. The game story included in this test covers the first 8 chapters (out of 14 total chapters) of the route of the heroine, Blanka Yang, in Mainstory. The total script length is approximately 100,000–150,000 words (Simplified Chinese version), which is consistent with the scope of the future DEMO release.

  2. Playtest qualification applications will open in late July. This Playtest supports Windows, macOS, and Linux.

  3. This Playtest will support Simplified Chinese only. As the systems are still in development, the Memory System and Collection System will not be available for experience during this test.
