fixedTooltips were not showing when the tutorial was played in the same session. This is now fixed and they should show correctly at all times.
fixedIn the Japanese localisation balancing parameters were not displayed correctly in tooltips and showed the source file name instead. This should be fixed now as well.

Dear All, this is a small patch to fix two bugs that were brought to our attention:
Tooltips were not showing when the tutorial was played in the same session. This is now fixed and they should show correctly at all times.
