Update 3.21.0

Throne and Liberty update 3.21.0 downtime will begin at 10:30 p.m. PT (6:30 a.m. UTC) on February 11 and last approximately 4 hours. It includes the Gamer's Redemption collaboration, Lunar New Year event, and introduction of Battlegrounds mode to War Games. Check out the full list of changes below.

Gamer's Redemption Collaboration Event

We’re ecstatic to partner with Gamer's Redemption to bring you exclusive Throne and Liberty physical merchandise. Complete in-game achievements to gain access to a Helpie Amitoi plush, Oremong FiGPiN Spinner Pin Set, and Gigantrite FiGPiN XL. Stay tuned for a dedicated article on February 12.

Lunar New Year Event

Celebrate the Lunar New Year until maintenance begins on February 25 and earn event-specific daily login rewards. Collect New Year Coins from various activities and exchange them at the Event NPC for unique rewards, including the Heart Gift Emote, a ‘2026 Lucky Star’ Title, and the Solar Steed’s Blessing Profile Frame.

• Receive daily login rewards including Chaos Prisms, Entropy Shards, Unlockstones, and Solar Steed Lanterns.

• Earn additional rewards from the Accumulated Login Rewards window by playing for a set amount of time daily, including New Year Coins, New Year Cards, and various meals.

• Interact with the horse statue in each major city using Solar Steed Lanterns to receive Lucky Red Envelopes containing Sollant.

• Deliver New Year Cards to various NPCs throughout Solisium to obtain Rare furniture pieces for your home.

• New Year Coins can be obtained from Normal, Elite, and Epic Co-op Dungeons, as well as Trials. Exchange them at the New Year Coin Exchange merchant in any major city to obtain:

Daggers

• Adjusted the Thundering Bomb Specialization on Brutal Incision:

  • Bonus Damage is no longer calculated when determining additional damage from Thundercloud stacks.

  • Increased Thundering Bomb's damage from 213% + 70 to 250% + 81.

  • Increased Back Attack Damage from 107% + 35 to 125% +41.

  • Increased the Additional Damage from each Thundercloud stack from 43% + 14 to 58% + 19.

  • Fixed an issue causing the incorrect amount of damage to be dealt when attacking an enemy from behind.

  • Added missing text in the skill tooltip describing the AoE effect when attacking an enemy with a Wet or Frost effect.

• AdjustedDeluzhnoa's Permafrost Razors / Deluzhnoa's Piercing Daggers of FrostAdjusted the Deluzhnoa's Barrier weapon skill to apply Petrification: Icebound every 1s instead of 0.5s, with the freeze duration being increased from 1s to 1.5s.

• Mana Regen above 3,500 no longer increases Defense values provided by the Mana Shield Epic Defense node.

General

• Skills that grant bonus damage against monsters will now have their damage bonus gradually increase as the respective skills are leveled.

• Auction House: T3 Trait Extract item previews in the Trait Extraction Inventory window now include a 'Search Auction House' button.

  • The 'Display Housing Info and Allow Guests' setting in the Character Card has been removed and is now toggled by using the 'Allow Guests' option in the Manage House menu

• Artifacts: The probability of receiving different stat tiers is now displayed when using Stat Conversion.

• Tower of Greed:

  • The Hallway of Light will no longer be entered when progressing from one room to another within a floor.

  • There's now a chance to skip the 2nd room when interacting with Dimensional Rift after completing the 1st floor.

  • All cutscenes shown can now be skipped.

  • Added a new Scurry skill available while holding a Relic which will increase Movement Speed by 100% for a short duration.

• Codex:

  • System messages now display when unread Parrot Mail is available, and Codex quests requiring Parrot Mail to be read will automatically be pinned upon logging in.

  • Fixed an issue preventing re-entry to an instanced area during Lord Hobs's Request in Interlude Episode 1 Codex after exiting, which blocked quest completion.

• AddedBattle PassAdded Rare Recovery Crystals and Stellarite to the Catalysts Event Pass Shop.
