Storm Area 51 Game with Attacker Updates
Storm Area 51 Game Let's you experience a true Area 51 Raid Not seeing the update? Steam doesn't usually inform the player right away of the update, they tend to wait until you restart your Steam client or until a bit later after the update has come out. So if you want to get the update right away you can do the following:
Right-click the game in your library and select properties
Go to "Local Files" and click "Verify integrity of game files"
The game should immediately start updating!
Update 12.0
With all the love the defenders have been receiving (class abilities, outfits) I thought it was about time the attackers got something as well!
New Map
Voyager Docked at a pristine space station, the ship Voyager finds itself being boarded by an unwelcome crew! Keep them from getting to the internal section of the ship by stopping them at the ship's hangar. The fate of the ship & her crew lies in your hands.
New Class to storm area 51 with
Space Attacker Class A new set of 7 units based around the art of space warfare. As with previous classes this aims to improve further by helping to make the game more intense through new unique unit combinations & play styles. This class is mostly made up of ranged units (albeit some such as the Paladin are close quarters ranged) as is required by space warfare. This adds a new focus for defenders & attackers alike on countering units.
Conclusion - Storming Area 51 Game
This update is coming out a little later than usual. I stayed up late as I usually did to finish it the night before, but this was a simple case of sleeping in late. After I woke up it takes me about an hour to write these announcements & make all the graphics for them (thumbnail, in-announcement images, etc.)
I had intended for this update to have 3 maps, then yesterday even spoke it down to 2, but today realized there just wasn't enough time and went with 1. I'm really happy with how it turned out though, my goal was to push myself & see if I just spent more time on a level instead of pumping out a bunch of them what I could do & I think the result was a more visually stunning level that's just overall more visually enjoyable.
