Minor update for Windows

We pushed a minor update last month (July 2025) that caused some confusion due to the lack of patch notes.

This update just fixed a long standing issue introduced in a previous update, which caused the game to lose focus and minimize during the opening cutscene in Windows 10. Hopefully this should no longer happen. We also used this as a chance to update the controller database to support some newer controllers.

Apologies for any confusion caused by the lack of patch notes, I'd assumed it was a small enough update to not really require a note, till I saw folks react in the forum. Will be sure to include patch notes for any basic maintenance updates like this in the future! ːtbphappyː
