This update will be the final big performance update since every single considerable optimization method was used to reduce the frame cost. The game will even be playable on lower hardware than declared in the minimum requirements.
In order to keep your GPU not rendering as fast as possible the "Max Frame Rate" option was set to 60. If you set this to endless your GPU will try to produce as many frames as possible and this may be resulting in louder ventilation.
