• Owners can accept or reject the highest bid within the auction period or an additional transfer day.

• Automatic transfer to the highest bidder occurs if the owner doesn't actively respond by the end of the transfer period.

• A mail system notifies players at key auction stages.

🛒 Crafting Stations:

• Landowners can build one of five types of crafting stations per plot.

• Stations require resources for construction and can be demolished for partial resource recovery.

• Station types: Toolmaker, Refinery, Warrior Forge, Hunter Lodge, Mage Tower.

• Each station type supports unique recipes, scalable up to 8 tiers.

😋 Figs:

• Introduction of "nutrition" currency that the landowner needs to deposit to allow crafting by customers.

• Nutrition costs vary by recipe and are supplied by depositing Figs, each containing 100 nutrition.

• Owners set silver charges per unit of nutrition.
