TECH DEMO PATCH #001

This is the first of many little patches that we aim to release every Monday from now on c:

Fixes:

  • Animations on other players should no longer occasionally appear frozen

  • Dragon projectile-lock now removes its target properly

  • Dragons now have relevancy distance; dragons that are further out will no longer be rendered or processed on your client

  • Reduced server load on dragon movement replication

  • New randomized spawns, initialized when you connect to the server

  • Dragons now have higher step-up heights

  • Simplified Human Animation system, so next animations are going to be better represented in the game engine.

  • Fixed Block not working

  • Fixed humans not getting damage from the dragons

  • Fixed humans phasing through the ground when attacking

Map:

  • Fixed (Removed) rocks spawning on grass/mountain tops where they don't belong anymore.

  • Fixed some holes.

  • Some work.

  • Tweaked the Stair Collision to actually Stair.

  • Deleted placeholder sound packs.

  • Fixed Rock material having weird displacements

  • Added a new Big cave on a mountain side

  • Expanded the playable area a little bit

  • Night during overcast is now brighter

  • Optimized some materials and meshes
