addedI sadly can't seem to fix the problem in itself (probably a Unity bug) but I added a keyboard shortcut, CTRL+R (or CMD+R on Mac) that will reset video settings restoring fullscreen. This should allow players suffering from this problem to keep playing the game (albeit not in windowed mode, sorry again)

Some users reported that they couldn't click on anything after switching from fullscreen to windowed mode.
