Unfortunately this involved an overhaul of the save system. This update breaks compatibility with your preexisting saves and settings. The next time you open the demo, your saves and settings will be reset.
addedThe reason I did this was to add Steam Cloud support to the full game when it's released. After The Warrens is released, your demo save should carry over to the full game. The sooner I made this breaking change, the fewer people it would affect. I apologize if you lost your progress. If you contact support@hauntedwindow.com with Restore Demo Progress in the title of your email and a brief description of what you did in the demo, I'll get you back to where you were.
