addedNew Features: - Right clicking Projects and Challenges in the System-Planet-District Menu now builds them without drag and drop. - Right clicking a Challenge in the Technology Challenge display now takes you to a place still threatened by that Challenge. Balance Changes: - Bureaucratic Overhead buildings now give -5% Bureaucratic Overhead instead of -10%, but generate no Bureaucratic Overhead themselves. (A substantial buff.) - Upkeep Reduction buildings now generate no Upkeep themselves. Bug Fixes: - Improved save system stability.
