We got Scythes and Lyres and Rapiers and more!
and not just weapons there’s new accessories that’ll give your builds not just some more flexibility but offer some fun gimmicks to try building around!
Hard difficulty has been added!
This difficulty only affects combat and not only features enemies whose stats increase much faster over the course of the month but bosses will also gain new moves! of course with this new mode with harder scaling comes adjustments to account for it. in summary the harder parts of normal difficulty have become easier to account for hard mode scaling while maintaining hard difficulty requiring optimal play to stay alive.
Many encounters have had their difficulty changed across all difficulty levels.
Weekend interloper battles have been made stronger overall
Antlion has been made more dangerous
Final area enemies have been made weaker overall
Secret boss enemies have been given lower stats and weaker abilities to make them possible to beat in hard difficulty (and consequently, easier in normal difficulty!)
A few abilities have also been tweaked as well
Fujin Tango now does less damage when hitting the same target
Getting taunted by an enemy reduces damage you deal with multi target attacks by half (lyres are exempt)
reduced cost of monstrous rush
Spooky laughs effect has been given a reduced turn count
Scorcher now has reduced damage but a greatly increased chance of burning targets.
The Carnivore Claws life steal has been reduced to reflect the actual displayed number and not 10 times that amount, sorry!
