Update 9_6_21

Changes to TCT based on player comments:

Replaced step in cockpit with ramp to eliminate user popping up and own when on edge of step. Added new function to ensure user eye level is consistent when entering the cockpit. Added broadcast message from mothership informing player of "return to orbit" objective. Added medical scanner to remind player of exploration objective. Removed useless first aid kit and provided a marginal health benefit from medical scanner.
