Directive flow has been improved for better clarity and progression
Courier visuals updated
City VFX refined and improved
New Era flow cleaned up with visual improvements
General balance adjustments to improve pacing
Audio
Sound system overhaul to prevent audio from cutting out
Fixes
Fixed cities not loading correctly in some cases
Fixed talents not always working as intended
Fixed VFX not being properly destroyed
Fixed directives UI not responding correctly to completion and breaking animations
Various smaller bugfixes across the game

These additions expand the moment-to-moment gameplay on the map and introduce more active events and decision-making.
