It was designed as a 'what if' story with a more profound character background and world-building than the paperback novel. While this project has been canceled, The Surfeit visual novel will continue, but it will be a copy of the core story and have nothing to do with the alternate realities.
changedRelease Date For The Surfeit: Complete, the release is set about April 2024. It will be 13 months after the release of the paperback book and e-book. The Steam Store page will go up this coming summer / autumn with early release available. There will be a price to pay for this product, but that price has not been determined.
changedOpen to idea and suggestions The Surfeit: Complete will not have any choices in the story. Each of the small chapters will reward you with a fatsium shard. Collect enough of these to unlock extended sex scenes, character background, different viewpoints and other pieces of story not included in the core narrative. I am taking ideas and suggestions for which scenes and event to include.
changedRen'py vs. Tyranobuilder I'm currently learning how to use Ren'py as that was a huge concern of many. I make A LOT of typos and it is frustrating me. This is why I hate to code and why Tyranobuilder is so attractive to me. It is very likely that this product may be done in tyranobuilder. Even with all the flexibility and convenience that Ren'py has, I can produce the exact same product with less frustration, and a whole lot less lost time, with tyranobuilder. I'm sorry to those if this future choice makes you cringe.

Doing it solo I am doing this alone. My skill set is limited. I do not have a team like some of the other visual novels offered here on Steam. I am entirely willing to work with others that have the skills to enhance this product, but I'm also not afraid to get it done by myself. If you would like to talk about working together on this project, I am open to it.

I have already received requests to keep the Elyssia and Sati childhood meeting and to actually show the LiPS sexual championship as told of in Arkysa's side of the story. What other things would you like to see? What do you think should not be included?

Going Forward
A book trailer has been released to promote the release of the book due out in few months. The images and animations are the same ones that will be used in The Surfeit: Complete.
