We’ve identified a crash issue affecting players using new-generation CPUs with NPU (Neural Processing Unit).

❗ What’s happening

If your processor includes an NPU (Intel AI Boost), our game may crash on launch.

This is due to incompatibility with Unreal Engine 5.7, as this technology is still very new.

🛠 Temporary workaround

To play the game, please disable the NPU (Neural Processing Unit) in your system settings. How-To FIX: Right click START MENU button bottom left, choose Device Manager. Go to Neural Processors section , right click the Intel (R) AI Boost object, and choose disable. Now Reboot to take effect. Steam post image

🔍 Affected CPUs (examples)

This may affect Intel Core Ultra series, including:

Intel Core Ultra 5 (125H, 135H, etc.)

Intel Core Ultra 7 (155H, 165H, etc.)

Intel Core Ultra 9 (185H, 275HX, etc.)

Other Core Ultra (Series 1 & 2) processors with NPU

📌 Status

We are currently in contact with Epic Games (Unreal Engine developers) to find a proper solution.

Until then, disabling the NPU is the only reliable workaround.

Thanks for your patience and understanding 🙏
