You can select the Vulkan launch option if you want to continue using the Vulkan renderer
Another Note on DirectX 12
Until now, The Spiral used Vulkan as its default rendering backend. While this worked well on many setups, there were a few GPU/driver combinations that had issues on Windows, so DirectX 12 was added as a launch option shortly after launch. Godot 4.6 has updated the DirectX 12 backend to have feature parity with Vulkan, so DirectX 12 is now the default renderer for Windows. There's of course still a launch option to use Vulkan if you so desire. (Vulkan is still the default for Linux and SteamOS.)
I hope you'll have fun with the Monkey's Paw, and I'll see you again in the next update!
