changedSpanish Localisation UpdateThe Sorrowvirus: A Faceless Short Story now supports Spanish! (UI & Subtitles) One segment of the game includes English text written on a pillar in front of the player, this text is crucial to understanding a clue for a puzzle that the player faces. As we weren't able to translate the text in-game, approaching the text will show a subtitled line with an appropriate translation instead.
changedOther LanguagesWe are also expecting a French localisation soon, and after our next patch, a Russian localisation will be developed also. As we are a small team, it will be difficult to procure localisations for all major languages.
changedLocalisation ToolWith our game's upcoming patch, we will also release a guide on our publicly available localisation software tool for users to freely translate the game into their own languages. We're working to localise the game into languages that members of our development team speak natively, however, outsourcing for localisation services for other languages would be very difficult. With this in mind, we felt a publicly-accessible tool was a great way to give people the option to work alone or together to potentially localise the game into their own languages that can be submitted to our game's workshop.
