The Sixth Extinction changes
We have released a new update for The Sixth Extinction demo. With this update, several adjustments and improvements have been made to performance, visual quality, and overall gameplay flow.
Highlights of this release (v1.05):
General optimization work resulted in up to 30% performance improvement.
Visual presentation has been improved through post-process adjustments.
To address issues caused by unclear mission guidance in Level 2, new mission indicators have been added for:
Binocular usage,
Seal detection,
Seal capture objectives.
Visual and functional improvements have been made to the mechanics related to capturing and rescuing seals in Level 2.
Additional optimizations and in-game automation were implemented to reduce performance issues on low/mid-range systems.
Improvements were made to certain animations and gameplay mechanics.
Cleanup and simplification work reduced the demo size from approximately 15 GB to around 12 GB.
The graphics settings screen has been updated to load with default settings based on system performance.
This demo represents an early vertical slice of the game. The story and full gameplay experience will continue in the full version.
Adding the game to your wishlist is extremely important for us to continue development.
Thank you for your feedback and support.
