First update on the community tab here on steam, and hopefully my last patch before ch9! Was going to wait until ch9, but this gives the following some testing beforehand.

addedUpdated new game sequence with a "tutorial island", so to speak. Base name is no longer "Disciple" when changing your name, but is the character's canon name. Finished the Iar Ost tower facelift Heleg Othrond condense is live. Watch for inconsistencies, as well as possibly popping into the old Heleg Map. Game over screen facelift. Pushing an update at a later date to create "Official" layouts for Steamdeck, Xbox, and Playstation controllers alongside Keyboard. A "game" in the tutorial island added to make players choose what they're using, which updates the various button explanations. Gettin that steam deck certified checkmark son! Started the process of implementing a way to customize your main character. Nothing too crazy, just a few color swap presets. However, this will mean going through and "fixing" every time the MC speaks to make sure the looks line up. No easy task. Though the implementation has started, I don't expect it to be released with the CH9 patch, more likely the ch10. I may release it as-is now, just note that the character talking will NOT match up at this current patch. New lore distribution system. There's a few places with lore dump books in the world, but they're easily missed. Those have now been split up into special books found around the world, and a quest line attached!

Ch9 is ~91% complete! Ch10 is ~10% Complete! Music total swapout is ~90% Complete!
