After around a year of development, The Reflection is finally getting close to its first public demo release.

For those discovering the game for the first time:

The Reflection is a co-op psychological horror game centered around a mirror-bound entity that steals human skin. Players investigate a haunted house, perform rituals, search for hidden items, and try to survive increasingly dangerous encounters as the night progresses.

The upcoming demo will feature:

  • Full core gameplay loop

  • Single-player and co-op support

  • Randomized item spawning

  • Ritual progression system

  • Dynamic entity behavior

  • Intro and ending cutscenes

  • Multiple tense exploration sections

A major focus of the game is unpredictability. Item locations, pacing, and investigation flow are designed to feel different between runs, making each session more chaotic and replayable.

The demo is still being polished and tested daily, but I’m excited to finally let people experience it soon.

Thank you for all the support so far.

More updates coming very soon.
