They can be found on your main drive under USERS-USER-APPDATA-LOCAL-TheQuietApocalypse-SAVED-SaveGames. Drag the 'SaveGames' folder to your desktop to make a copy. Update the game and, if your save games are not showing, start a new game and complete the first objective so the game creates a save folder. Then shut down, and revisit the location that you copied your save games from earlier. Delete the 'SaveGames' folder that is in there and replace with the one from your deskop.
