The 0.4.2 is a mainly corrective and balancing maj in the game, it also brings some new weapons and armors as well as the preparation of the quest suite of the 0.4.1.
I'll keep you posted on the rest of the adventures, but in the next maj, things should be moving quite nicely for Fen and the paladins (we're still bringing forward the mid-game).
