We have identified an issue where save data from versions prior to Ver. 1.0.2 (up to Ver. 1.0.1) can no longer be used. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our players.

■ Affected Users

• Players who played on Ver. 1.0.1 or earlier ※ There is no issue for those who started playing from Ver. 1.0.2 (updated on Feb 15) or later.

■ Cause This issue was caused by an error in the save data identification ID settings.

■ Current Handling Due to the nature of this issue (irreversible data structure problem), it cannot be fixed via a standard update. Therefore, we are providing individual support to affected users.

■ Important Notes

• This is a temporary workaround

• It will not be compatible with future updates

• If you wish to continue playing future versions, you will need to restart the game from the beginning

• Approximately 2GB of free disk space is required

1. Your Steam username

2. The text shown in the “Description” field of “TheVampiresBrideTheNovelGame.exe”

3. Your contact email address

1. Launch Steam

2. Right-click the game in your Library

3. Select “Manage” → “Browse local files”

4. Right-click “TheVampiresBrideTheNovelGame.exe”

5. Open “Properties” and check the “Description” field (e.g., “TheVampiresBride_multi”, etc.)
