Windows 11 Launch Issue: Error 0x11C7

Some players may encounter error code 0x11C7 when launching the game:

“An application control policy has blocked this file.”

This appears to be related to Windows 11 Smart App Control / Code Integrity blocking the game executable before it starts. We are currently checking the build and looking into developer-side solutions.

Possible workaround:

Turning off Smart App Control may allow the game to launch.

To check this setting:

1. Press the Windows key.

2. Type “Smart App Control” and press Enter.

3. Open Smart App Control settings.

4. If Smart App Control is turned on, switching it off may allow the game to run.

Important note:

Smart App Control does not currently provide a way to allow only one specific app. Also, depending on your Windows version and device state, turning Smart App Control back on may not be immediately available and may require a Windows reset or reinstall.

Please check your Windows settings carefully before changing this option.

We are also reviewing the build configuration and looking into code signing / executable review options to reduce the chance of this issue happening in future builds.
