Behind the scenes: Progress Update

While we prepare the playtest build for launch, we wanted to share a quick look at where development currently stands and what we’ve been busy with behind the scenes lately: Content Lock Reached: This is an especially massive milestone for us! All required assets are in, every feature is implemented, and The Looter is now fully playable from start to finish internally. Our team is running full playthroughs to evaluate the entire project as a complete package.

Working on the Playtest Build: We are currently making a dedicated playtest build designed specifically for public feedback. This sliced build will give you a focused look at core mechanics while keeping plenty of surprises tucked away for full release!

Polishing, Balancing & Bug Hunting: With our full game content locked in, our day-to-day focus has shifted heavily to fine-tuning. We are deep into tweaking balance, squashing bugs, and polishing every corner so the playtest feels crisp and responsive.

Console Progress: We’re working on bringing The Looter to consoles! Porting requires a lot of underlying technical setup, but controller support and console performance builds are coming along well.

Upcoming Demo: On top of preparing for the playtest, we are actively crafting a standalone demo so even more players can sample the action down the road.
