Hello Soldiers, this patch addresses various bugs and balance changes from the Phantom of Time update (v4.0). Thanks everyone for your feedback on the build, and especially to all those playtesting the beta builds.

changed sabotuer bounce passive to 1 bounce, always nearest enemy
changed tick damage to not prevent teleporting (ie. poison puddles)
