I hope you all have had some fun with the the The Legends of Maui demo. After doing some thinking and talking to other I am having to a major rework of the game and a new version of the demo will be coming out. On a scale of how f'ed am I out of 10 I am looking at a 6. However I feel this is the right direction. Here's hoping these changes improve the game and QoL
The controls should feel more in line with similar games
Attacks are now to be chained in combos
Scaling back the RPG elements to be more simple and less of a cluster bomb
Utilization of Maui's ability to transform should make the combat more interesting, this will tie into attack combos
Levels should streamline the story more, this may shorten the games overall length but will open to the door to adding FLC (no that isn't a typo) easier in the future.
There should be an optimization in performance
