Hello Everyone!

While the next update is still in beta, we wanted to bring you an update to address some of the issues you've all been facing on the live branch. This patch fixes a series of issues with horses (including your perennially angry horses, some issues with missions and quests, and a couple of UI issues (boats will no longer highlight as enemies!)

Without further ado, here's the full notes:

Patch Notes: Horses & Breeding

  • Fixed horses that constantly had pinned-back ears and an angry expression, even when happy and well cared for (affected bought horses and their offspring).

  • Fixed horses taken from the stable being unable to jump.

  • Fixed fainted horses that couldn't be treated.

  • Fixed horses stumbling and breaking their legs when galloping up rocky hills.

  • Fixed wild horses getting stuck on cliffsides (e.g. the northern mountain pass).

  • Wild horses can now spawn as pure breeds.

  • Fixed wild Akhal Teke horses.

  • Fixed horse merchant listings showing a default icon instead of a horse preview.

  • The game now pauses while you're in the Horse Merchant screen, so merchant horses no longer change behind the scenes while you browse.

  • Slightly rebalanced the Starter Horse.

Missions & Quests

  • Fixed a bridge construction project that couldn't be completed even after gathering all the required pieces.

  • Abandoned missions no longer leave behind a permanent (and stackable) dialogue option at the mission target.

  • Quests can now be tracked and untracked directly from mission markers on the map.

UI & Accessibility

  • Fixed a misaligned backpack layout in the inventory.

  • Fixed some objects (like stables and boats) being incorrectly highlighted by the enemy-highlight accessibility option.

And that's everything! As always we want to thank you all for all the feedback and bug reports you send us, it's genuinely appreciated!

Be Amazing Everyone!
