Update 0.5185. New save system, sleep, and more.

Many players mentioned the sleeping mechanic, save issues, and damage/health imbalance — all of these and more have been addressed and implemented in this update!

fixedMany players mentioned the sleeping mechanic , save issues , and damage/health imbalance — all of these and more have been addressed and implemented in this update!
addedNext on our roadmap are major additions: numerous new crafting recipes , a quad bike , and possibly a bicycle . You’ll first need to find them, and they may require repairs , fuel , and maintenance before use.
changedWe’re also working on furniture and home customization , an expanded storyline , NPCs with quests , and a system that lets you use your character level to upgrade stats such as health, stamina, speed, and damage.
addedExpect more screamers , detailed building interiors and exteriors , new items , expanded world interactions , new food types , and the ability to cook dishes — like fried potatoes, rabbit in mushroom sauce, and more. We also plan to introduce Cursed Dogs , a new deadly threat, and a large new biome that will only become accessible after completing certain conditions…

Players who left can rejoin the session at any time, even if the game was saved multiple times without them. The host simply presses “Continue” , and others can reconnect.

  • New sleeping mechanic — you can now craft a sleeping bag, lie down to restore energy and fast-forward game time.

  • Adjusted movement speed of the Cursed Villagers.

  • Rebalanced animal health.

  • Reduced weight of the gas mask filter.

  • Added doors to several forest cabins.

  • FN509 pistol now properly silenced — enemies no longer hear shots fired from it.

  • Expanded item info panel in the inventory.

  • Added timers showing potion duration.

  • Energy drink indicator made larger and brighter.

🛠️ FIXED

  • Cursed villagers occasionally “lifted” the player when attacking — fixed.

  • Player could shoot while reloading — fixed.

  • Cursed soldiers dealt excessive damage — fixed.

  • Trader and airplane drop were not being saved — fixed, they are now properly stored between sessions.

  • Pumpkins destroyed only on the shooter’s side — fixed, now synced for all players.

  • Various UI issues fixed.
