August Update

It's been a busy summer for Haunted Trumpet! The Left Eye was part of the Power of Pride bundle on itch.io and the Nonbinary Coded Games event here on Steam, so we want to say a big thank you to everyone who bought or wishlisted the game!

We're finalising the script for episode 4 now, which is going to be a big one, with lots more branching based on what Emile's been getting up to in the prior three episodes... who knew the outcome of the episode three poker game would be so important? And there'll be lots more bad decisions to be made throughout the episode, as per usual. We're aiming to release it later this year, but watch this space, as we'll give a firmer date as soon as we're able to!

If you'd like to get a bit more behind-the-scenes info, our lead writer Conway has been sharing some insights on our Tumblr. We've also got new sprites, new backgrounds and a whole bunch of new CGs in progress, and we'll be sharing WIPs on our socials over the coming weeks :)
