The Last Worlds : Crossed Souls changes
Hello, explorers , how are you doing❤️🔥?
After several months of development and testing, Version 0.2.1 of The Last Worlds: Crossed Souls is now LIVE! , for free and available to everyone, bringing with it lots of new features, including the First Story Chapter, a boss fight and much more🔥!
🚨 Important 🚨:
This version is not yet downloadable from the Steam page, but you need to request and activate the key on Steam, since it is currently a private beta. You can request it on The Last Worlds Official Discord Server server by opening a ticket in the 📩⌡support-ticket channel (by clicking on the mail emoji ) or by writing to the Discord Founder/Admins.
To obtain a key, you will need to follow these 3 simple steps explained below.
For organizational reasons, we will not distribute Beta activation keys outside of Discord (for now but in the next weeks this will probably change)
1- Create a Discord account if you don’t have one and join TLW official Discord Server 2- Open a ticket in the 📩⌡support-ticket ticket channel (by clicking on the mail emoji ) 3- Activate the key on Steam and play! -Fixed a bug where the water shader was not loading correctly
-Fixed a bug where after dying and respawning the UI would not appear anymore
-Fixed a bug where after dying and respawning you could not play or return to the menu
-Fixed a bug where after dying with Matwin, Lupio would become invisible and unplayable
-Fixed a bug where after dying with Matwin you would end up under the map
-Fixed a bug where collectible items would remain static in the air when moving away from them
-Fixed a bug where Lupio, while on the shoulder, kept playing idle sounds in a loop
-Fixed a bug where Lupio could equip swords after respawning when attempting to equip them

-Increased the space required for doors to open inside the laboratory
-Reduced the time needed to heal with the core in the laboratory from 60 to 30 seconds
-Fixed a bug where quickly opening and closing the inventory would prevent pressing keys
-Reduced the damage dealt by the Aberrant Hopys boss
-Added several crates inside the boss room to reach the second floor
We listened to your feedback💚 , and even though we weren't able to add and modify more things, we will soon rework the inventory system and add way more content!
⚠️Regarding the Early Access of The Last Worlds⚠️,
we have decided to postpone it to August 1st instead of June 15th,
so we can test it better and avoid major bugs and issues at launch
Additionally, the Demo version available on Steam has also been updated with all the bug fix and adjustments above, but it will not include the laboratory and the first story chapter like in the Beta/Playtest.
Also, don’t forget to share your feedback ,it will be essential for improving the game over the coming months until we reach the final version.
