TLS 0.78.2b Achievement Hotfix

I don't usually do this, but I've pushed live a Steam-only update. This one fixes the only three achievements that I know to be bugged:

• Yarra's maxing achievement.

• Altina's joining achievement, if she joins later.

• Orilise's library count and achievement.

I had planned to wait and try to get 100% of bugfixes at once, but a TON of people are playing TLS right now, so I figured I might as well give a hotfix. ^-^ If any other achievements are bugged, just let me know and I'll get on them!
