Fixed
Fresh installs on a 1920x1080 monitor no longer start in fullscreen at the
wrong resolution. A 0.2.8 mistake: the Windows taskbar was being subtracted
from the screen size, so 1080p looked too small for its own default.
Steam Deck controllers now work. The game was handing input to Steam Input
even when no bindings had loaded, which left the pad unresponsive.
An enemy turn can no longer hang forever. If a turn stops making progress the
game now recovers and moves on instead of freezing.
