Chapter 1 Early Access Delay

Hey everyone, I wanted to give you a quick update on The Infernalist. The Early Access release for Chapter 1 was originally planned for Q1 2026, but I won’t be able to hit that window anymore.

The main reason is honestly just personal stuff on my side, combined with the reality of being a solo dev. I underestimated how much time I’d need to handle everything properly, and trying to force the release right now would mean cutting corners, which is something I really don’t want to do.

Chapter 1 is in a solid state already, but there are still things that need more time, whether it’s polish, pacing, or just making sure the overall experience feels right. Since this is the first chapter, it kind of sets the tone for everything that comes after, so I want to get it as close as I can to what I have in mind.

If you haven’t checked it out yet, the demo is already available on the Steam page. And if you don’t have time to play right now, you can also watch the trailers there to get a feel for the experience.

❤️ Thanks a lot for your patience and for sticking with the game. It really means a lot.
