Illustrious and Dear Brethren,

By authority vested in the Sovereign Power of this Supreme Council, and in furtherance of the obligations undertaken upon the reception of the several degrees, we address you in fraternal bond upon matters of immediate import to the administration of the Work.

I. Amendments to the Principal Navigation

Be it known to all Orients under this jurisdiction that amendments have been made and are now in force with respect to the principal navigational structure of the application. The main menu has been revised so as to permit the Officer or Postulant to select individually between the several Chapters of the Ritual, without obligation to proceed in sequential order. This modification is intended to facilitate rehearsal, instruction, and administrative preparation across the degrees.

All Secretaries and Ritualists are directed to acquaint themselves with this revised structure at their earliest convenience.

II. Corroboration of Support for the SteamDeck Platform

Furthermore, the Supreme Council is pleased to announce that compatibility with the SteamDeck platform has been formally corroborated and may be relied upon by those Brethren whose working circumstances require use of that apparatus. Conduct and verification of this matter has been carried out under the oversight of this Council and found satisfactory.

III. Forthcoming Amendments

The Supreme Council further advises all Orients that additional modifications to the Work are in preparation. Barring unforeseen impediment, these are expected to be communicated and delivered no later than the month of July of the present year. Brethren are counselled to maintain attentiveness to subsequent Circulars issued under this Seal.
