addedWhy Early Access? “The Harvest is a different proposal in the Hero-shooter and Battle Royale genres. We want our players to participate in the development process and give us insights about the game experience. The Harvest is going to be an involved experience with multiple systems that empower the player experience and innovate upon the Battle Royale formula. We have clear expectations about the gameplay we want to achieve, but that objective is only reachable with the help of an active community. We have a solid grounding and a fun experience for the first stage of the Early Access process, and that is why we want to involve the community now, as early as possible. We need to build new and exciting systems to come with the help of our players, taking into account their feedback and insights.”
addedHow is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version? “The Harvest's development cycle is reaching a very dynamic and malleable phase. We have a clearly defined roadmap, but we want to involve the community to ascertain that each and every new feature improves and builds upon the game's experience. During the Early Access, we're going to add new content such as new breachers, more abilities, ultimate abilities, weapons, map improvements, and new gameplay systems.”
changedWhat is the current state of the Early Access version? “The first Early Access stage offers to the players an exciting experience with: 4 Unique Characters (Breachers) 2 Active Abilities per Breacher 1 Weapon per Breacher Squads of 3 Breachers 30 players per match Harvesting System Looting System Progression system during the round (Attributes and Abilities)”
addedWill the game be priced differently during and after Early Access? “We are immensely grateful to the players that believe in The Harvest and support its development from the beginning. To reward these players, the game will have a lower price on the first stages of Early Access. We plan to increase the price gradually as we add new content and features.”
changedHow are you planning on involving the Community in your development process? “Our community has been involved in our development cycle from the very beginning: from different tournaments and expos to social networks, and of course, our Discord server. Our players have been participating in the development of the game with feedback, playtesting, fan-art, etc. We will double our efforts to involve more people and get as much feedback as possible in the future.”
