changedPlaying with real human votes is genuinely far more interesting than the old system! Once your model gathers enough votes, it’s really exciting to see exactly how they were distributed. Voting on other players' outfits - and getting rewarded for guessing the most popular one - is also much more fun than the old between-round downtime where you just watched AI-generated results.
addedWe can’t magically speed up the players, but we want to explain how this works: if you want faster voting, the best way to help the game is by inviting friends or leaving a positive review on the Steam page to boost visibility. Of course, nobody is stopping you from leaving a negative review - but please keep in mind that doing so only deters new players, which slows the matchmaking and voting down even further.

Hi everyone!

It’s been a little while since we added multiplayer to the game, and we want to share a few (somewhat contradictory!) observations with you.

  1. Human voting is much more engaging

Playing with real human votes is genuinely far more interesting than the old system! Once your model gathers enough votes, it’s really exciting to see exactly how they were distributed. Voting on other players' outfits - and getting rewarded for guessing the most popular one - is also much more fun than the old between-round downtime where you just watched AI-generated results.

  1. Pacing and Player Count

At the same time, we have to acknowledge that the process is currently very slow. Sometimes you have to wait days just to get your results. Understandably, some frustrated players have left negative reviews because of this wait. However, doing so actually makes the problem worse!

We can’t magically speed up the players, but we want to explain how this works: if you want faster voting, the best way to help the game is by inviting friends or leaving a positive review on the Steam page to boost visibility. Of course, nobody is stopping you from leaving a negative review - but please keep in mind that doing so only deters new players, which slows the matchmaking and voting down even further.

  1. Looking Ahead

On our end, we’ve invested enough resources into this project that we now need to take a step back and observe. We believe we’ve made a charming little game designed to offer variety without the aggressive microtransactions and forced donations found in many fashion games. We genuinely enjoy playing it ourselves from time to time!

But we know there are challenges - it’s a small game with a small active player base. Our mindset right now is this: if we see that the community loves the game and wants more, we will gladly jump back into the fashion theme, whether in this game or future ones. If not, well, we can leave things as they are, or even bring back the AI single-player mode (we’ve actually had a few requests for this!).

Simply put: we will find the time and resources if we see sufficient interest. If we don't, we'll leave the game as it is. That being said, we are really hoping for the first option! :)

Have fun playing!
