Tutorial update

The main change in this update is the new tutorial. The first time you hit play the game will recommend to play the tutorial, and it will be always available to play below the save file selection.

Adjustments and bug fixes - Food now makes a clear transition from being uncooked to cooked (this includes patties, bacon and french fries) - Fixed some delivered orders being treated as wrong when they weren't. - Fixed subtracting the wrong amount of reputation points when buying a cosmetic in the lobby - Added new hand icon when looking at interactable objects
