Repeated intro
Hello Everyone, Nick here again. 5 days remain before The Ghost of Alcantra releases. Today's fun fact is less of a discussion on something on the creation process, and more of some interesting facts about when and how we worked on The Ghost of Alcantra.
This story was written part-time and as such, most of The Ghost of Alcantra was written between midnight and 4 in the morning.
A Mountain Dew was drank for every writing session, meaning, around 70 Mountain Dews were drank during the writing of this.
I did not burn the midnight oil to program myself, instead working during the evenings after work and during the day on Sundays. According to my timetable, ~265 hours were spent putting the first draft into engine.
Instead of Mountain Dew, I allowed myself a glass of whisky on my particularly long Friday programming sessions.
Colin and I have spent well over 100 hours in a call together discussing revisions to the script and engine presentation.
Until next time,
Nick
