Monthly (not-so-weekly) Update!

It has been a while since our last weekly update… so I guess this turned into a monthly one!

What changed

1 fix4 additions0 changes1 removal
  • Fixes
  • Gameplay
  • UI and audio
fixedWe fixed the most annoying bugs:,
removedThe final cutscene after the boss no longer gets stuck.,
addedOn top of that, we added some of the features that Gamescom players already experienced:
addedA brand new inventory system. Each inventory slot now has its own color and affects a specific die. This makes the game more strategic and requires more thought about the loot you pick.,
addedThe boss has new mechanics… we will not spoil them, but let’s just say he has become nastier.,
addedWe are also making good progress on new content. The second level is almost complete and work has started on the following ones. We are implementing systems that make the game less dependent on luck and more enjoyable on every run. In parallel, we are working on localizing both the cutscenes and in-game texts. It is a massive task, but soon the game will be available in more languages. That’s all for this week. Next week we will share some tasty screenshots of bosses and enemies. In the meantime, the updated version is already available on Steam, so make sure to check it out!

It has been a while since our last weekly update… so I guess this turned into a monthly one! But during this month we have been working hard to prepare for Gamescom and to address everything the community has been asking for.

  • We fixed the most annoying bugs:,

  • No more situations where enemies are all defeated but the game does not move forward.,

  • The final cutscene after the boss no longer gets stuck.,

  • Texts are now separated from the effects, so they are much more readable (your eyes will thank us).,

On top of that, we added some of the features that Gamescom players already experienced:

  • A brand new inventory system. Each inventory slot now has its own color and affects a specific die. This makes the game more strategic and requires more thought about the loot you pick.,

  • The boss has new mechanics… we will not spoil them, but let’s just say he has become nastier.,
