The First Settlement VR changes
The settlement keeps growing – and so does the depth of your city- building experience
This update introduces a new citizen tier, more strategic tools, and multiple visual and UI improvements to make managing your town feel better than ever.
🧠 New Research: Reduce Consumption
Research options to reduce the consumption of both citizens and merchants.
Fine-tune your economy by lowering ongoing resource demand and stabilising your production chains.
🧍♂️ New Citizen Tier: Merchants
Introducing Merchants as a new population tier with their own needs and dedicated buildings.
Adjust your city layout and production to satisfy more advanced demands and unlock new strategic choices.
Several existing buildings have been rebalanced and adjusted to fit the new tier.
🏗️ Buildings, Warehouses & Symbols
New, larger warehouses to better support growing production districts.
The starting warehouse now includes a walkable interior, serving as a new starting room for the player.
Every building now has its own unique symbol, clearly integrated into the UI for faster recognition and planning.
🎯 UI & Visual Improvements
Improved UI for clearer information and a more readable layout.
Visual and graphic adjustments to enhance the overall look and atmosphere of your town.
☁️ Elevated Strategic View & Extended Sight
New elevated strategic view: get a higher perspective on your surroundings and see your town from above.
Extended sight with a subtle blur effect to improve depth and focus while looking across your settlement.
Level size has been increased, giving you more space to grow and experiment with different city layouts.
