# PST 2025.12.29(Mon) 22:30 – Personal Contribution Rewards have been reclaimed from all Descendants who claimed them after 00:00 PST on Monday, December 29. We kindly ask that you claim your rewards again via the event page. The reclamation process has been completed, and the Personal Contribution reward claim button has now been re-enabled.

- The reclamation process is scheduled to begin at PST 2025.12.29(Mon) 18:00.

ㄴ During the reclamation process, a disconnection may occur.

- For Descendants who claimed rewards more than once, all Round 2 Personal Contribution rewards will be fully reclaimed.

ㄴ After the reclamation process is completed, please claim your rewards again via the event page.

We have identified an issue where the Round 2 Personal Contribution rewards of theWeb Event could be claimed multiple times. Personal Contribution rewards are intended to be granted once per round.

To prevent further issues, the “Claim Rewards” button has been temporarily disabled until the issue is resolved.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused during event participation.

We will provide further details regarding the re-activation of the reward claim button and the reclamation of any rewards that were claimed multiple times in a follow-up notice. Please refrain from claiming or using any rewards that were obtained multiple times.
