PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS NOTICE IS SPECIFIC TO THE FIRST BERSERKER: KHAZAN PLAYERS IN THE NA REGION.
1. We’re changing our Terms of Service (effective August 14, 2025)
We are changing our Terms of Service to update how disputes with NEXON Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates will be resolved. The changes include a new informal dispute resolution process, updates to the procedures for arbitrations, and a waiver of rights to participate in a mass arbitration.
If you do not agree to the new dispute resolution procedures, you may opt out by following the process described in Section X of the new Terms of Service. Depending on where you live, some of these changes may not apply to you, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
We have also readdressed that if you purchase our games and in-game items from authorized third parties, then your purchase will be bound by the terms and conditions of such third party.
These changes will take effect when you access or use the websites, games, mobile apps, and other interactive software products and services (“Services”) that NEXON Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates operate for the first time since the changes. You may review the changes to the Terms of Service by clicking the link.
If you do not agree with the changes to the Terms of Service and do not wish to opt out by following the process described in Section X of the Terms of Service, you may not use the Services. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by deleting your account. Unless you opt out as described in Section X of the Terms of Service, by accessing the Services, you agree to the changes to the Terms of Service.
