changedToday’s update is smaller than planned, as one of our team members was under the weather this week. Unfortunately, this means we have to postpone the IP Marketplace release to next week. We truly wanted to launch it in time for the weekend, but we feel it still needs some quality-of-life improvements to be fully ready. We appreciate your patience and promise it’ll be worth the wait!
changed🔧 BUG FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS:Resuming a movie distribution could lock another movie : Previously, resuming a movie’s distribution while another movie was in production could prevent you from finishing the latter. This issue has now been fixed.
fixed🔧 BUG FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS:Disappearing movies : If you opened a window during the exact same frame that another movie production window appeared automatically, closing the first window would close both—leaving the movie in limbo. We fixed it!
removed🔧 BUG FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS:Firing employees mid-task : It was possible to fire an employee while they were actively working on a task. This is no longer allowed. Now, employees can only be fired if they are idling or working on a passive task.
fixed🔧 BUG FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS:Achievements triggering too early : Achievements tied to box office milestones were unlocking too soon, spoiling the surprise. This has been fixed!
