So, the first free DLC will take place at Saint Icaros a little before our armless protagonist arrived. This means you will play as someone new.

Being a Monster is the first extra story coming to The ER: Patient Typhon. We are going to focus on a little story that is hinted at in the main game. So, the first free DLC will take place at Saint Icaros a little before our armless protagonist arrived. This means you will play as someone new.

We are already working the story DLC 2, which is going to be a bigger one than the first DLC, and it will take place at Saint Icaros after the end in the main game. Story DLC 2 is still planned to come out in fall this year.
