The Dungeon Vendor changes
Happiness is the key to a good life, and a successful dungeon run! In the Dungeon Vendor, that happiness meter is the metric which shows you the heroes satisfaction with the potential quality and price of the weapon you are making. This is effected by the materials you choose and the cost of the weapon vs the amount they have. Adjust both to make the best weapon at the fairest price to make them happy.
So who cares if the hero is happy? Well, the happier the hero the better the loot you will get in return if they survive. The better the loot the less you need to spend at the merchant, the more you can save for mid-late game materials. The success will snowball so don't sleep on that happiness meter!
Also, stop buying wood and rat hilt from the merchant! That's just the merchants way of trying to tell you that you got a bad roll!
Also also, the (?) on the top left is a valuable tool in every phase until you start to better understand the game so don't be afraid to use it.
Remember it's designed to be a very relaxing game so take your time and focus on HAPPINESS!
Thank you for adventuring with The Dungeon Vendor!
