The Clown's Forest 1.4.0 Patch Notes

Exciting new content is here and I will run through some of the major ones.

Update 1.4.0 Patch Notes:

• Prologue - I have expanded the Prologue to feature a flashback sequence.

• New Locations - I have added some new locations such as a Medical Room and a Study to the game

• New Puzzle - I made a new puzzle for the newly added Study location. Get that brain ready!

• New Characters - New characters enter the fray to prepare for an upcoming spin-off title! Cody and Amelia Fox, Michael's adopted older siblings are now officially in the game.

• Two new endings - I have added two new endings to the game which brings the total of endings up to 12! Explore around to find the new ones!

• Collectibles - Despite already having notes, I have changed the lore, added more notes, but also added Blitzo Figurines, there is 33 to collect throughout the game!

• Updated Map Layouts - I updated pre-existing maps for them to look better, run smoother, and overall provide a better experience! (I removed being able to cheese Blitzo in the basement)

• Updated Puzzle Solutions - I added some new solutions to the Boathouse and Clock puzzle, upon loading up the game, there game will randomly select a number out of 3 numbers. It acts as a Seed. and will change the puzzles accordingly.

• Updated Dialogue - All dialogue has been rewritten to provide a better experience and a more compelling story.

• Updated Amusement Park Cutscene - I updated the Amusement Park cutscene with a better looking map, better dialogue, and more 'lore' to make it feel like a much more crucial moment in the story.

• Updated Voice Acting - All voice acting for the update was redone for the newly written dialogue and such.

• Fixed Spelling Mistakes - Most spelling mistakes have been removed and fixed up. With better puncturation and such.

• Fixed Lag in some locations - Some of the bigger maps had issues with lag, I have since optimized these locations to make them run smoother for the future console ports.

This is just some of what is in the update! Some extra QoL features are present as well as some extra additions which I will let you guy's experience. Enjoy this new update to The Clown's Forest!
