TCE - Recode update 1.3.0

Hello,

For this update we have a few features implemented and some bug fixes

IMPORTANT: Due to the changes made to the characters, your old saves will NOT work, you must delete them and create new ones

Changes: -added skin customization -added foot ik -updated growth system, baby models, sounds and more -updated selection screen background and colors -implemented two new settings options (not yet fully implemented) -updated the grass -removed the emissive color for the footstep dust -lengthened the time between rabbit calls and reduced how loud it is

Fixes: -fixed stamina bugs -fixed swimming not being registered -fixed random sprinting -fixed cougar mouth stretch -fixed wolfs jump animation -fixed bushes in water and under the map -fixed nametags not displaying (This was most likely due to WP and characters)

Notes: for now the color pallets are the same across all animals until we figure out the specific color types to do for each animal, which gives us the chance to use community created colors for certain animals to build a large color pallet, you can submit your color pallets or colors on the Discord

Access the Recode: right click the game in your Steam Library > Properties > Betas > Dropdown box and click "Recode"
